Our guide will take you to the local market nearby for a market tour with the ingredients list in your hand, strolling around with our guide, here you will buy all of the essential ingredients for our class.
On arrival at our restaurant in Trà Quế, enjoy welcome drink with local herbs then stroll around the vegetable garden with your guide to learn the traditional farming ways.
Back to our restaurant and you will start your cooking activities today with selected dishes below:
For starters:
1. Crispy rice pancake with pork, shrimp, beef or mushrooms ( vegetarian).
2. Fried springroll with pork, shrimp or mushrooms ( vegetarian ).
3. Fresh springroll with shrimp, pork or vegetables( vegetarian).
4. Green papaya salad or banana flower salad or green mango salad with shrimp or without shrimp ( vegetarian).
Note: you will select 3 out of 4 above dishes.
For main courses:
1. Caramelised fish cooked in claypot( served with steamed rice).
2. Sweet and sour sauteed beef or pork or chicken( served with steamed rice).
3. Sauteed beef or pork or chicken with lemongrass and chili.
4. Assorted vegetables cooked in clay pot( vegetarian).
