What to expect
8:20am: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An
The guide will take you to a local market to tell you about the main ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine and choose the fresh ingredients for the cooking class. This is also one of the highlights of the tour where you can gain an insight into Vietnamese herbs and spices.
After the market trip, the car will take you back to Cam Thanh Coconut village. Then transferring to a unique bamboo basket boat to explore the beauty of Bay Mau coconut forest also called the Mekong Delta in the heart of Hoi an.
